彭昱，女，中共黨員，工學博士，講師，碩士生導師，1993年3月11日生。
求學經歷（從本科求學經歷開始計算）。
2015年6月畢業于沈陽工業大學風能與動力工程專業，獲學士學位，同年保研至湖南大學直博，2021年10月畢業于湖南大學，獲電氣工程博士學位。目前在長沙理工大學電氣與信息工程學院智能電網與電子工程系從事教學和科研工作。
主要教授課程：
電力系統繼電保護、電工電子技術等。
主要研究方向：
電磁無損檢測與評估，紅外機器視覺，新能源健康管理。
主要科研成果介紹：
作為主要研究人員參與完成多項國家重點研發計劃、國家自然科學基金及青年基金項目；在《IEEE Transactions on Industrial Informatics》、《IEEE Sensors Journal》等國內外重要刊物上發表論文十余篇，其中SCI收錄4篇，EI收錄5篇。
