Dr. Jin Ouk Choi is an Associate Professor in the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering and Construction (CEEC) at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV). He holds an M.S.E. and a Ph.D. in Civil, Architectural and Environmental Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin and a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Korea University. His research interests include modular (industrialized) construction, automation in construction, diversity in the construction workforce, standardization strategy, and planning for commissioning and startup. He teaches undergraduate and graduate-level courses in construction engineering management field including Construction Scheduling, Modular Construction, and Engineering Economics.
