12月9日至12日，“The 8th International Conference on the Application of Physical Modelling in Coastal and Port Engineering and Science (CoastLab2020) 國際學(xué)術(shù)會議”在浙江大學(xué)舟山校區(qū)召開。該會議每兩年一屆，本屆會議是“International Association for Hydro-Environment Engineering and Research (IAHR)” 85周年慶典的重要組成部分。我院教師姚宇、屈科、鄧斌、伍志元、黃筱云、陳龍、劉易莊教師參加了本次會議。

在本次會議上，姚宇做了為題“Flow characteristics around the reef surf zone under the combined effects of wave and current”的學(xué)術(shù)報告；并擔(dān)任“P2 Coastal and ocean structures, breakwaters, and revetments”分會場的主席。屈科做了為題“Numerical investigation of transformation and runup of solitary wave over permeable fringing reef using a non-hydrostatic model”的學(xué)術(shù)報告。陳龍做了為題“An effective framework for wake predictions of tidal-current turbines”的學(xué)術(shù)報告。

通過參加此次國際學(xué)術(shù)會議，不僅展示了我院教師國際水準(zhǔn)的科研素養(yǎng)和豐碩的科研成果，同時還加強了與國內(nèi)外專家的交流，對于提高我院在行業(yè)內(nèi)的學(xué)術(shù)影響力具有十分積極的意義。
