【個人簡介】

中共黨員,湖北武漢人,2016年獲得湖北工業大學工學學士學位,2019年獲得中國農業科學院工學碩士學位,2024年獲得江南大學工學博士學位,博士期間(2022.10-2023.10)受國家留學基金委資助前往德國歐洲頂尖工科院校--亞琛工業大學聯合培養,2024年7月加入長沙理工大學食品與生物工程學院。

目前在國際著名期刊“ACS Sustainable Chemistry & Engineering”、“Food Chemistry”、“LWT”、“Food Bioscience”等期刊發表英文論文10篇,其中第一作者 8 篇(中科院一區5篇),發表中文期刊論文 3 篇;申請發明專利 3 項,授權2項。碩士畢業論文被評為中國農業科學院優秀碩士論文,期間成果入選“農科院【盤點2019】中國農科院核心技術攻關”榮譽。獲第五屆油脂科技青年論壇優秀論文獎。德國聯合培養期間主要從事酶的定向進化研究,重點集中在葡聚糖酶法降解和微塑料富集與酶法降解領域,并與國際香精香料公司(IFF)、杜邦公司(DuPont)前營養與生物科技部門密切交流合作。

2.功能性脂質的酶法制備;

3.新型生物催化劑與反應器的創制。
